331KA: Drawing & Cartooning

This course is a lot of fun for children as they create their own cartoons with the guidance of a highly talented cartoonist. Students will learn the basics of character design, specific principles of drawing and texturing. Cartoons are a medium that children of all ages understand and can relate to. We have all, at one time or another, been entertained and yes even educated through the use of cartoons.

Clay is a wonderful, tactile medium that many kids have never experienced -they will have lots of messy fun rolling, squelching, prodding and stretching clay. Children get to explore their creativity while learning the wonderful craft of ceramics.

In this fun class the child will learn to manipulate clay and create objects that are both lasting and useful. Lots of individual attention and  guidance helps children develop dexterity and appreciate works of art that are produced by their own skill, vision and creativity.

OAS Refund Policy

In the event that the required number of registrants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to one day prior to the starting date.
Due to the nature of our operation there will be absolutely no refunds given one week prior to the starting date of a class. Payments for classes cancelled by the OAS will be fully refunded. Refunds due to the withdrawal of a student will be subject to a $15.00 administration fee.
